proxy: 10.220.67.131
port: 8080
open operamini handler now and fill the http server
an socket server as

http://wap.cellone.in.php.server4.operamini.com:80

socket://wap.cellone.in.php.server4.operamini.com:1080

leave all other fields blank and install it.
