Hello friends you might have tried my post Best Airtel Trick 2011: Get 3G Speed With 2G Plan using a 3G handset and configuring it to use only 3G network. But some of my friends complained that eventhough it is working fine they were facing constant disconnection while downloading when the download speed crossed 200kbps and above. That was a big disadvantage for using it on PC. But now the happy news is that this disconnection problem has a solution!!!
All you have to do is download this hotfix from microsofthttp://support.microsoft.com/hotfix/KBHotfix.aspx?kbnum=925681&kbln=en-us that will allow your nokia USB modem (your phone modem) to cross download speeds above 200kbps and you will never face the connection timed out problem again.
Connect using nokia ovi suit itself instead of nokia pc internet acces to get even better speeds.
