Types Of Water:-

Mainly water is of two types.

1.Salt Water
2. Fresh OR Soapy Water 

Salt Water-If your phone dropped by you in salty water then your phone circuitry will quickly corrode leaving the phone useless. You may still attempt this procedure with salt water damage providing you place the wet phone in fresh water immediately. This will help dilute the salt content and minimize damage. 

Fresh Or Soapy Water-

If your phone has been dropped in fresh water or soapy water there is a good chance that the wet phone can be saved.

Step 1.Never Switch On Mobile Phone :-The First and a truth universally acknowledged that your first step should be never try to switch ON you mobile phone and remove your phone battery soon.

Step 2.Trying To Speed Up Your Drying Process:-After wetting the phone immediately remove sim card and memory card from mobile phone and trying to go to that place is dry as compared to your accidental place.

Step 3.Clean Phone With Tissue Paper:-Open all parts of your mobile phone as you can open and fold them with tissue paper.The paper will suck all moisture in phone.Fold battery sim card and other mobile accessories you can. 

Step 4.Hot Air Process:-For drying the phone using hot air guns.But never use hairdryer for this purpose because its too hot for this operation.A better choice is a can of compressed air,an air compressor set to a low psi or a wet/dry Shop Vac

Step 5.Drying With Rice:-Yes friends you can save your mobile phone by some uncooked rice.Take a bowl of rice and put your phone into the uncooked rice(don't use cooked rice).And keep the phone in that bowl for 2-3 days and put the bowl into the contact of sun rays.If sun rays are not available than put the bowl in any dry place.Or you also can Place phone in clip seal bag with a 40 gram Hydrosorbent Silica Gel Dehumidifier.The reason is that Dehumidifier drinks all all the moister contained in the plastic bag, including the moisture in your mobile phone
